So to make it a tldr my mental health went down the toilet 2021 has been -severe depression,getting on 2 antidepressants for it. -intrusive selfharm thoughts that genuinely scare me cause I've raged twice recently (legit just me in a hollow state of self deprecating,self loathing,anger towards myself and my self only) I get impulsive and I'll go out to my carport and punch the concrete almost like self punishment. -YES I HAVE A PSYCHOLOGIST AND A THERAPIST AND IM ON MEDS -struggling with my shitty job at the hockey rink cause it's the holidays so stress is high and everyone is in a pissy mood -i slipped a rib and it hurts like a bitch -raged last month and tore up like 95% of my canvas paintings. Diagnosed with severe clinical depression and PTSD but I'm dead ass feeling I might be bipolar with these mood swings that come with the rage are ridiculous and I have no clue why they happen
